I have a dozen adorable hens and I wouldn't be without them: they are truly wonderful and much loved members of my family. I acquired most of my ladies via re-homing and they are enjoying a quiet and peaceful retirement. They don't lay much at all these days and that's fine by me. I'd be very happy to advise you on either acquiring some feathered friends of your own or assisting with any problems you may have with your existing flock.
